About Louise
Louise is the Managing Director of Mowbray by Design, the Future-Focused Leadership Consultancy, which she founded in London in 2005. She specialises in the Future of Work and Leadership, working with executives, entrepreneurs and C-suite teams at the intersection of leadership, futures, technology, transformation and purpose-driven business. Louise is a Conscious Leadership Executive Coach (ICF), Futures and Foresight Practitioner (TFSX) and a Lumina Learning Practitioner.
She is the author of Relevant: Future-Focused Leadership, a co-author of Uncertainty: Making Sense of the World for Better, Bolder Outcomes, and co-hosts the ‘In Conversation: Exploring the Future with Global Thinkers’ series.
A sought-after keynote speaker, she also designs and delivers workshops and masterclasses for organisations, and occasionally lectures for business schools.
In earlier chapters, she worked for listed organisations in the investment banking, technology and executive search sectors, co-founded an executive search firm and was MD MENA for a British luxury lifestyle company. Louise has lived and worked in the UK, the UAE and South Africa and works with clients around the world.
